Who Can Qualify and for How Much?

Qualification for financing, coverage amounts, and repayment options are all dependent on the results of our in-house Risk assessment. There are no limits to amount that can be financed but a minimum of %25 of the total amount is required as a down payment.

  • Are Expanding Current Business;
  • Are Entrepreneurs of Any Kind;
  • Have a Website over 3 years old; Or;
  • Have a good idea and need help marketing.

What is a Risk Assessment?

A Risk Assessment is when we collect and judge all the parameters to determine a likelihood of easy repayment for the customer.
If an idea does not have sufficient marketability and or the return on investment is predicted to be too low, the risk would be considered high, and would require higher rates and down payments. Alternatively, great ideas and improvements on already successful projects will have lower risk factor and, in turn lower rates and down payments.

Who Does the Risk Assessments?

Risk Assessments are always done in-house by a combination of our most experienced, optimization, marketing, and business development staff members.
